Where deposits apply (if communicated to you at the time of booking), your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please note:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may result in:

    • A cancellation fee, and/or

    • Loss of deposit, and/or

    • Requirement to pay in full for the missed appointment

This helps us protect our time and availability for other clients.

7. Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late:

  • Your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next client.

  • Full service fees may still apply.

8. Client Health & Safety

You agree to inform us before your treatment if you have any of the following:

  • Pregnancy

  • High/low blood pressure

  • Allergies or skin sensitivities

  • Recent surgery or injury

  • Chronic pain, inflammation, or medical conditions

  • Any condition that may be affected by massage, heat, oils, or products

We may refuse or adjust a treatment for your safety.

9. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their own belongings. Luna Thai Spa is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items on the premises.

10. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

Luna Thai Spa is a professional wellness environment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully

  • Makes staff uncomfortable

  • Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Requests any inappropriate services

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

11. Gift Vouchers

Where gift vouchers are offered:

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

  • Expiry terms (if applicable) will be stated at the time of purchase.

  • Lost vouchers may not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided
